2 hours after... food - 135

I had trail mix at 7:20. I took out the 20 M&Ms which dropped the carb count down to 16.

Then at 8:20 I had an omelet with cheese and bell peppers. The meal came with hash browns and a biscuit with gravy. I am not a big fan of hash browns anyway, but I was sure craving biscuits and gravy! So... I ate them. My levels have been within my doctor's limits, so I went for it. And now I'm 5 points high. Alright, so if I just don't do this very often, everything should be fine.

I'm looking forward to going to the Diabetes Center today, but I'm also dreading it. I don't want stricter guidelines... but I'm prepared to do what I need to do for the health of Sasha and I.
