I'm much happier with my numbers this time. I guess I'm getting a handle on the stress. I'm basically not paying quite as much attention to my testing. I'm not testing too often. I'm just making sure to watch my carb intake and compare it with my chart for meals. I had PB&J for lunch today because I figured out it was WELL within my lunch limit.

Are you not eating lunch/dinner or just not tracking your levels?

I'm just not checking after every meal. I'm still eating at least 3 meals a day. My diabetes plan actually allows for (and practically insists upon) 6 "meals" per day. I'm to have a snack between meals and before bed.
